3 Mindset Game Changers

1. Find your Affirmation - you can research through Google or you can just decide that you want to think one or two ways about yourself. Write them down. See how they feel when you say those words, if they fit, repeat them time and time again. You are a gift to the world and what you do matters. Make sure your words to yourself echo that sentiment.
2. Journal. If you don't already have a journal practice, start one today. Write down your fears and negativity, then turn them around by answering questions like "But what if that wasn't true?" A daily practice of this will truly support you in moving from negative to positive.

3. Guided Meditation. There are thousands of guided meditations on YouTube, find a voice you like. Plug your ear buds in, find a quiet spot to sit. It doesn't have to be long and don't worry thinking is part of meditation, so you're doing it right, always. Daily meditation practices have so many benefits.
